CROSS POST: I am so proud of our National Football Team! They won the first leg against Mongolia by 2-Nil. I cannot express my happiness. Trisha and I screamed at the top of our lungs when Chieffy Caligdong and Phil Younghusband scored those goals. Now in football terms, some says that what he (Chieffy) did in that glorious goal was a rainbow and nutmeg. Rainbow kick was actually done by the famous Brazilian football player, Pelé. While Nutmeg is when you play the ball through an opponent’s legs. Amazing.
Our National Team has a long way to go, but hey! we will get there.
